Choosing one’s legal status is a structuring decision: taxation, social charges, responsibility, remuneration, association, financing, protection of assets. This workshop helps you understand the main options and identify which one best fits your situation and objectives.
The workshop takes place at EME, at the Ruche de l'Union in Tourcoing, and is led by Thomas Cerbelle from Numbr Lille.

  • Overview of the most common forms: micro-enterprise, sole proprietorship, EURL, SASU, SARL, SAS
  • Selection criteria: activity, revenue, expenses, investment, protection, partners, credibility, possible changes
  • Remuneration, dividends, social security scheme, primary obligations
  • Questions, answers and exchanges on the participants' projects
