Wednesday, October 29 from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM, go for a walk in the urban park and create with your family a plant press as well as a herbarium!
On the program:

• Discover how mills were built and the importance of wood for these buildings
• Go for a walk in the urban park and learn to recognize tree species used by mill carpenters but also other plants, leaves, fruits that dot it
• In a carpentry workshop, saw, sand, drill ... to create a wooden press!
• Draw in your herbarium the leaves picked up during the walk, put them in your plant press and stick them into the herbarium!
  At the end of the workshop, the on-site snack is offered by the museum.
