Friday, February 20 from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM, go on a gourmet discovery of the food produced by the mills!

On the agenda:

  • Production of flours from different plants
  • Making mustard in the old way
  • Transformation of semolina grains into couscous by hand
  • Making a homemade granola with several grains, seeds, and oils to discover different tastes
    At the end of the workshop, you will be able to taste your homemade granola accompanied by a snack!
