In the Hauts-de-France, 800,000 inhabitants are in a situation of illectronism, or 1 inhabitants out of 6. At the same time, the digital professions are struggling to recruit and are looking for profiles in conversion, including without a diploma. This workshop brings together associative actors and companies to better understand the issues, discover existing solutions and explore concrete avenues for collaboration. On the program: Quantified state of play of illectronism in Hauts-de-France and putting into perspective with digital recruitment needs; overview of local devices and actors involved in equipment, training and digital support; Cross-testimonies of companies and associations engaged, including Konexio (digital training) and assemblers (digital mediation and third-place); networking time around mange-debout.
