Workshop – The making of sourdough bread accessible daily

Friday, December 5 from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM at the Ferme du Héron (chemin Lenglet), the workshop led by AkoTerra will introduce you to the principles of natural sourdough bread making in a practical and educational approach. After exploring the preparation steps (choice of ingredients, kneading, baking...), each participant will leave with the bread he has made, his starter and a summary guide.
Bring an oven dish (25 x 11 x 7 cm) and a cloth to carry your preparation.
Workshop limited to 10 participants.
