On Monday, November 24, 2025 at 4:00 PM, the Espace culture of the Cité scientifique campus in Villeneuve d'Ascq hosts the conference Autour de l'œuvre Aging by Dennis Oppenheim, presented by Nathalie Delbard, director of the CEAC, and Géraldine Sfez, lecturer in film studies at the University of Lille. The work Aging by Dennis Oppenheim (1938-2011) presents a series of human silhouettes in paraffin that deform under heat, questioning the perception of time, the degradation of the body and anticipating current climate issues.
