Film-debate "Tell me about your mental health"

As part of the information weeks on mental health, Friday, October 17 at 7 p.m. at the City Hall of Anstaing, the Intercommunal Council for Mental Health (CISM) proposes the screening of the documentary "Tell me about your mental health" followed by a debate.
In this interactive web documentary, teenagers speak in the first person to tell what they are experiencing, what they feel, what helps them... and what they would have liked to know. Through a series of short videos, each accessible via a menu of clickable questions, the viewer navigates freely in their raw testimonies, sincere, without filter or pathos. They talk about their emotions, the first warning signals, the difficulties in asking for help, clichés about medication or psychiatry, but also about what helps them get better.
This project does not give lessons. It gives the floor. Because talking about mental health is not a luxury. It’s a necessity. A tool designed for: - young people, who will find echoes, comfort, and perhaps ways to talk about it - adults (parents, teachers, educators), who wish to better understand what young people are experiencing today - professionals, who want to share a living support, accessible and directly anchored in the experience of the first concerned An interactive, evolving documentary that opens a space for dialogue – online, and in real life.
