The Art Deco heritage in Wasquehal
After the First World War, the development of industry in Wasquehal led to an increase in population. To meet these needs, many public and private buildings are built or transformed.
The school group of the center is thus built with a strong Art-deco inspiration and inaugurated in 1936.
But other houses, rather built for wealthy people, are made nearby, around the Avenue de Flandres in Wasquehal.
The circuit will be done on foot from the school group, now called Lefebvre-Malfait.
