Built in the interwar period, the Foyer du Mutilé is a remarkable Art Deco style building erected to accommodate veterans and war wounded.
Today reinvested by the Foyer du Projet, it has become the focal point of the Creative District, where cultural, artistic and social initiatives intersect. A conference will present the characteristics of Roubaisian Art Deco, an architectural trend found in many buildings and streets of the city.
