Launch of the first edition of La Course des 2 Stades which will take place on Saturday 25 and Sunday 26 April 2026 in Villeneuve-d'Ascq, by the league of Hauts-de-France Athlé and the Voix des Sports.
This unique event will offer a route linking the Lille Métropole Stadium to the legendary Decathlon Arena - Pierre-Mauroy Stadium, the finish area of the running race where participants can enjoy the in-stadia atmosphere for refreshments and post-race recovery.
The race will be held on Sunday, April 26 and will offer two timed courses: a 6km and a 10km.
In a desire to raise awareness among the greatest number of the practice of running and to promote healthy sports from an early age, two races for children will also be offered on Saturday, April 25 over 300m and 1km.
That same day, participants and visitors will be able to discover the partner village set up on the forecourt of the Decathlon Arena - Pierre-Mauroy Stadium. On the program: animations, stands and withdrawal of bibs.
