De Nouveau les oiseaux is a participatory musical piece by Tony Melvil, custom-created with the Villeneuvois and Villeneuvoises to celebrate the reopening of La rose des vents after four years of work.
Nearly 150 amateur musicians will give voice to this joyful celebration, evoking the return of birds in this new wind rose enhanced with nest boxes and welcoming green spaces, so that nature and culture can coexist harmoniously. Thought as a moment of reunion, surprises and celebration, this creation "made in Villeneuve d'Ascq" will allow to discover the new place from unexpected angles.
