The first major job meeting of the year will be held on January 15, 2026 from 10 am to 5 pm at the Decathlon Arena – Pierre Mauroy Stadium, in a prestigious setting in the heart of the European Metropolis of Lille. Organised by ASSIFEP in collaboration with France Travail, Lille Avenirs, ADÉLIE, Cap Emploi and the Département du Nord, the Emploi en Nord fair is intended to be a meeting place and an opportunity for all audiences.
Open free of charge to all — whether job seekers, students, retraining or seeking work-study or training—visitors will be able to access thousands of job offers in sectors that recruit from the Hauts-de France: from transport to information technology, including personal assistance, commerce, or logistics.
Nearly 100 major partners will be present on site, representing private companies, institutions, integration structures, schools and training centers. Beyond the traditional stands, Jobs-Dating sessions will allow candidates to interact directly with recruiters, discover the challenges of the professions and obtain precise information on possible paths.
For those who wish to maximize their chances, the event also offers personalized support: free express coaching, without appointment, to work on one’s presentation, resume or self-confidence before meeting with recruiters. These workshops are led by dynamic and caring speakers, designed to help each visitor reveal their potential.
Even if registration is not mandatory, it is recommended to access the exhibition more quickly thanks to a QR Code to present at the entrance. The place is easily accessible by public transport (metro line 1, bus) or by car, with parking nearby.
