Saturday, November 15, 2025 from 10am to 6pm, come discover, learn and experiment to take care of your health on a daily basis at the Espace Concorde!
Workshops, demonstrations and mini-conferences will allow you to better understand the benefits of physical activity, the role of a healthy diet but also to have a broader view of mental health, addictions and various pathologies, all in a fun and interactive way. Partner stands will be open all day to the public, as well as 2 outdoor health prevention buses.
