Thursday, August 27th from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm at the Ferme du Héron, Akolore will introduce you to the making of natural sourdough bread.
Discover the basics of natural sourdough baking in a simple, practical and accessible to all approach. You will learn how to choose the ingredients, prepare your dough and master the main manufacturing steps.
Each participant will leave with their starter, their bread to bake at home as well as a summary guide.
To be expected:
an oven dish measuring 25 cm x 11 cm x 7 cm;
a cloth to carry your preparation.
