La Vie Rêvée

  • Théâtre

At the age when we look behind us without having given up everything, Kelly Rivière goes on stage to question what remains of our dreams. La Vie Rêvée follows the journey of Kelly Ruisseau, a theatre alter ego who has become neither a prima ballerina nor a film star, but an intermittent performer, navigating between stubborn hopes and harsh realities. After An Irish Story, the actress pursues the adventure of the only-on-stage autofictive with lucidity. She enchants humiliating castings, survival jobs and decisive human experiences, giving life to a gallery of comical and endearing characters. In the background, the figure of the departed grandmother draws a delicate reflection on inheritance, absence and what keeps us standing, against all odds.
