La Villa Derveaux
Built in 1904, this Art Nouveau villa, the work of Elie Derveaux, is the only Villa in Roubaix with this particular style. It was the home of textile merchant Henri Masselis. Today renamed «Villa Derveaux», it is being renovated since 2021 to find its old style.
