The history of these monuments whose origins plunge us into antiquity and the Middle Ages, the collections and the singular architectures of these two buildings rebuilt on the field of ruins cominois after the First World War are to be discovered on their sites.
This exhibition consists of educational panels, reproductions of photographs and old posters on these emblematic monuments which, since 1929, face each other and seem to be observed!
The exhibition is to discover on these two sites (at the respective opening hours of the monuments), at the Saint Chrysole church and at the City Hall, erected on the main square "facing each other" during the Reconstruction of the "interwar period".
