The water tanks of the Huchon
At the end of the 19th century, the municipalities of Roubaix and Tourcoing encountered difficulties in supplying water, an essential resource for the textile industry. Four reservoirs were built on Boulevard Lacordaire between 1885 and 1930. The complex, listed as a Historic Monument, testifies to the industrial past of the city.
