As part of Lille3000 "Fiesta" and the Heritage Days, the cultural service of the city of Wattrelos proposes to host within the museum the International Orchestra of VETEX.
Do not search for the Vetex on a map! this imaginary country is located at the well-known crossroads of the Balkans and Belgium, on the roads of the Maghreb and Italy that lead to Latin America via Jamaica. The Orchestre International du Vetex is not a group to which we can add adjectives such as 'traditional', 'standard' or 'classical'. It is above all a cross-border collective of about fifteen musicians from Flanders, Wallonia and the North of France.
