Al Moon, a Vietnam War veteran, lives alone on his tribe’s lands in Northern California. As violence and environmental destruction ravage the reserve, old fears resurface, prompting Al to set out on a journey to confront what haunts him and reunite with the men of his battalion. Each encounter along the way reveals a divided country, grappling with its own wounds — a disturbing reflection of his inner turmoil. Old demons resurface like ghosts… Facing the truth is the toughest of trials.
