We invite the little ones, and the grown-ups! to a gourmet journey through time.
Discover the recipes of Antiquity and the Middle Ages as if you were there!
On the program: making hypocras (alcohol-free), cooking a fennel stew with bacon and apples, a spicy stew and a moretum (the famous Roman cheese with spices) in which you can dip antique pancakes. A delight!
On the sweet side, a spicy fruit snack and scented water will delight you!
Between each moment in the kitchen, take the opportunity to learn the techniques to make fire without using a single lighter! And discover calligraphy and illumination by rewriting a recipe of your choice on a pretty parchment.
This internship is open to adults and children over 7 years old.
