How about a mousse?
On Sunday, September 1st from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm, the Musée du Terroir opens for free on the theme of beer and hops with workshops, tastings and demonstrations for all ages.
On the agenda:
- how to make a brew and beer tasting
- how to grow hops at home
- making a bouquet of dried flowers and hops
Like every 1st Sunday, a pianist animates the estaminet all afternoon playing variety tunes on our 1880s piano.
and you can make and enjoy a brown sugar waffle based on a traditional northern recipe!
All workshops take place at the stream, without reservation.
