Vernacular material, glass is closely linked to the Avesnois. This glass heritage is inscribed on the territory from an architectural and landscape point of view: old brick fireplaces of the glassworks, finial spikes, MusVerre in blue stone at the heart of the bocage... Avesnois landscapes are often a source of inspiration for the artists who come in residence. The encounter with works allows to summon the themes of landscape: architecture, nature and ecology.
