Open 7 days a week and 24 hours a day, the Production Operational Center (COP) is a strategic center, the nervous system of TER Hauts-de-France. This represents 1227 circulations per day in the Hauts-de-France region. There are 18 workstations with 64 operators who manage operational production hazards in order to minimize the inconvenience caused to our travelers.
