Parkour or 'art of movement' transforms the city into a field for physical, free and creative expression. This visit allows participants to discover the city differently, through the eyes of "tracers" who explore urban and industrial heritage by reinvesting in old buildings from the 19th and 20th centuries. A learning of parkour techniques, safety rules and respect for public space will also be offered.
