Guided tour of the César Losfeld House

The Losfeld house was born in 1871 with the sale of cheeses to the bourgeois families of Roubaix and Tourcoing. In 1973, it moved into the basements of former textile factories, transformed into refining cellars that will host the famous mimolettes and regional cheeses. It is a notorious example of the reconversion of Roubaix’s industrial past at the service of culinary heritage.
Guided tours of the refining cellars are offered every 30 minutes
