The Tissel factory is one of the oldest factories in Roubaix, whose construction periods span from 1830 to 1987, under the patronage of the Ternynck family. After the departure of the textile company Tissel, the site was taken over by the City and became the Manufactures Tissel in 2023. Today, it is the hub of the circular economy in Roubaix.
