To discover indoors (on the ground floor and first floor):

The vestibule, the staircase and the salons of honor, their architectural brick decoration, their thematic stained glass windows (large seigneurial families, legends, textile know-how...), the medallion of the fireplace in the style of Philippe de Commynes, as well as a relief plan of Comines in the 17th century and a loom dating from the 19th century.

To be observed outside:

The architecture combining the styles "regionalism - neoflemish renaissance" and "art-deco", work of the famous architect Louis-Marie Cordonnier who was inspired by the "vocabulary" of the old belfry (destroyed in 1918), to standardize the architecture of the entire city hall (the Town Hall and its belfry).
It should be noted that the belfry (part of the serial property "Beffrois de Belgique et de France" recognized as a World Heritage by UNESCO) is not accessible on the occasion of this exceptional opening of the City Hall.
Visitors are invited to discover its distinctive architecture, in particular its bulb and spire, from the Grand place, noting their "symmetry" with various architectural elements of the roof of the City Hall.
