Children create a poppy (a poppy) commemorative on theANZAC Day and discuss the Flowers of Remembrance and the meaning they have today.
lANZAC Day which is celebrated around 25 April is a national day of remembrance for the Canadian Australians and New Zealand in their countries and around the world.
ANZAC is the acronym formed from the first letters of words Australian and New Zealand Army Corps (Australian and New Zealand Corps).
This day marks the anniversary of the first major military action by Australian and New Zealand soldiers during World War I in the Gallipoli Peninsula, 25 April 1915.
