This participatory workshop is designed for project leaders, entrepreneurs and sales teams who wish to define, structure or challenge their business strategy, then leave with an operational action plan.
The principle is simple: each participant quickly presents their project, then the facilitator challenges the proposed commercial actions in order to recommend alternative or corrective solutions. The solutions are personalized, practical, and can be implemented on the same day.
