The objective of this workshop is to introduce the principles of natural sourdough bread making in a practical, educational and accessible approach. After reviewing the steps to succeed in your bread (choice of ingredients, preparation and baking tips,...) each participant will leave with the bread he has made and its starter, as well as a small summary guide. Participants are invited to bring an oven dish of their choice (25 cm long x 11 cm wide x 7 cm high) and a cloth to take the bread prepared during the workshop and bake it at home.
