In the secrets of the still: Immersion at the heart of artisanal distillation

Dive into the heart of French craftsmanship and discover the secrets of our spirits during an immersive and sensory visit. Guided by enthusiasts, this experience reveals all the stages of the creation of our gins and other spirits, from the selection of raw materials to bottling.
The course of your visit:
The awakening of the senses: The experience begins with a tactile and olfactory exploration. Around our apothecary furniture and our perfume organ, you will discover the botanicals that we carefully select. We will take you on a journey through our aromatic profiles, with particular attention paid to our specialty peppers (such as Timut pepper) and atypical herbs such as kaffir lime leaf or shiso.
The heart of the heating: We will then guide you as close as possible to our still. This will be an opportunity to demystify the manufacturing process and understand the precise operation of our modern closed-circuit distillation method (which allows the extraction of the most subtle aromas in a safe way, without releasing alcohol vapours into the air).
The work of the craftsman: Discover the technical backstage of production in our workspace. You will observe the rigor necessary for the assembly, reduction and bottling of our different ranges, all in an elegant industrial atmosphere combining copper elements and Art Deco aesthetics.
The art of tasting: The visit will end in our bar area with a "speakeasy" atmosphere. We will take the time to discuss our profession around a commented tasting of our artisanal creations (alcohol-free alternatives will be offered for young people or drivers).
