Guided tour of the César Losfeld house

La Maison Losfeld was born in 1871 with the sale of cheeses to the bourgeois families of Roubaix and Tourcoing. In 1973, it moved into the basements of old textile factories, transformed into refining cellars that would house the famous mimolettes and regional cheeses. It is a notorious example of the reconversion of Roubaix’s industrial past in the service of culinary heritage.
