Guided tour of the operational center for TER Hauts-de-France trains
Open 7 days a week and 24 hours a day, the Production Operational Center (COP) Nord Hauts-de-France is a strategic center, the nervous system of TER Hauts-de-France. This represents 850 circulations per day in the north of the region. There are 13 workstations with 61 operators working in turn to manage operational production issues in order to minimize the inconvenience caused to our travelers.
