A jewel of the neo-Gothic style, Saint-Joseph church has been classified as a historic monument since 1993. Designed by Baron Jean-Baptiste Bethune, it bears the traces of the textile patronage of the 19th century and tells the story of the district of Alma. The members of the association of the Compagnons de l'église Saint-Joseph work to preserve and animate the place they open for the European Heritage Days.
In addition to the visit of the church, visitors will be able this year to discover an exhibition around a comic book made on Saint-Joseph and its history.
